Our new build projects, all benefiting from NHBC Buildmark Cover Insurance, are individual one-off homes, usually set in large grounds and in semi-rural locations, and our clients have benefited from a bespoke service throughout all stages of the construction.

Holding a large land bank, we also have nearly one hundred properties awaiting planning decisions; clearly, we are committed to pursuing a course of growth, based upon unique and quality designs and standards. Our Portfolio shows a selection of the homes we have built in the past three years and detailed below are some of our ongoing projects which will come to fruition in the near future.
