A design and build project in Partnership with Drum Housing Association to construct 22 dwellings (7 No 1 bed flats and 16 No 2 bed flats) on the site of a former dairy in Forton Road, Gosport.
The flats are constructed in timber frame with an external cladding of facing brick and through coloured render.
Units are for market rental.
