A design and build project comprising the construction of two flats and seven timber frame houses over two sites under the HARAH Programme (Hampshire Alliance for Rural Affordable Housing www.harah.org). This project is constructed to a standard of Eco-Homes ‘Very Good’ with the use of solar hot water heating and heat recovery ventilation.
