Refurbishment

Drew Smith Limited has been awarded wide ranging refurbishment projects for companies in both the private and the public sectors including the refurbishment of the Schneider Hangar at Calshot on behalf of Hampshire County Council. Our reputation for quality has won us numerous contracts for repeat business, the latest being the refurbishment of the Tiberius Restaurant in Southampton on behalf of The Millennium Third Age Centre.

Design and Build

Since it was formed, Drew Smith has undertaken design and build projects on behalf of numerous clients building a wealth of experience in this field. Providing a single point of responsibility and liaison between the Client, Employer?s Agent, Design Team and the Drew Smith Management from the projects inception, Drew Smith achieves buildability and value for money without compromising on quality and safety. Value Engineering is a fundamental part of the process using our extensive experience of alternative, cost effective construction methods to enhance savings in both time and money to the benefit of our client.
